Bloc 01 / Sovereign Identity Declaration

The following parameters constitute the non-negotiable identity baseline for all downstream generative operations. Every output produced within the GROUNDETHIQ architecture must satisfy these constraints prior to delivery.

Bloc 02 / Strategic DNA Map · Authority Marker Registry

Each marker is assigned a weight coefficient α (0.0–1.0) indicating non-negotiability, and an elasticity parameter β (0.0–0.3) indicating permitted contextual variation. Markers with α ≥ 0.90 are absolute invariants.

Category Authority Marker α Weight β Elasticity
Lexical "measured in megawatts, not intentions" α = 1.00 β = 0.00
Lexical Precision declarative · Measurable claim in opening clause α = 0.95 β = 0.05
Lexical Categorical assertion · No conditional hedge permitted α = 0.90 β = 0.05
Syntactic Absence of emotional hedge · HCI control enforced α = 0.85 β = 0.10
Syntactic Declarative sentence structure · Active voice mandatory α = 0.80 β = 0.15
Rhetorical Authority marker mandatory in opening clause α = 0.95 β = 0.05
Rhetorical Sovereign register · No register dilution permitted α = 0.85 β = 0.10

Additional markers extracted from Onboarding Protocol — Section B — are appended to this registry upon Footprint installation. Registry is sealed and immutable post-certification.

Bloc 03 / Lexical Exclusion Perimeter (LEP)

The Lexical Exclusion Perimeter (LEP) defines terms, patterns, and registers whose presence in any generative output constitutes a signal violation. Each entry carries a conflict resolution rule governing system behaviour upon detection. Overrides require explicit VDL authorisation.

Critical
"thrilled to share"
→ Hard reject. Output discarded. Reformulation required.
Critical
"deeply committed to"
→ Hard reject. Flag and route to manual review.
High
"at the forefront of"
→ Soft reject. Substitute with approved syntactic alternative.
High
"meaningful connections"
→ Soft reject. Reduce frequency to FOR ≤ 2 per output unit.
Moderate
"value-driven solutions"
→ Contextual flag. Permitted only in crisis override mode.
Moderate
"delivering exceptional value"
→ Contextual flag. Permitted only with urgency_override = true.
Critical
"relentless commitment to excellence"
→ Hard reject. Triggers Authority Marker Density (AMD) deficit alert.
Bloc 04 / Sovereign Operating Range (SOR) · SPI Calibration

The Sovereign Operating Range defines the measurable zone within which the signal is certified. These four parameters are derived from the Signal Drift Score (SDS) audit results and constitute the quantitative foundation of The Lock (Asset 03).

Parameter Definition Target Audit Baseline
SPI_FLOOR Minimum Semantic Pressure Index — aggregate signal integrity threshold ≥ 0.81 0.29
HCI_CEILING Maximum Hedging Coefficient Index — emotional smoothing tolerance ≤ 0.05 0.31
AMD_FLOOR Minimum Authority Marker Density — sovereign markers per 100 tokens ≥ 3.2 0.8
FOR_CEILING Maximum Formulaic Output Rate — generic pattern frequency threshold ≤ 0.08 0.22

SOR parameters are recalibrated at each quarterly maintenance cycle. Deviations beyond ±15% of target values trigger a recalibration alert and initiate Tactical Buffer Protocol.

Bloc 05 / Downstream Protocol · Link to Asset 02 — The Lock

The Footprint constitutes the input layer for The Lock (Asset 02). These specifications define the transmission protocol between the two assets — no generative output is authorised prior to Lock installation and activation.

Bloc 06 / Conflict Resolution Logic (CRL)

Three axioms govern all conflict resolution within this Footprint. These axioms are absolute and may not be suspended by Operator-Defined Variables.

Axiom 01 — Identity > Efficiency
Sovereign signal integrity overrides production speed at all times.
Axiom 02 — Structure > Style
Syntactic and rhetorical invariants override tonal preferences.
Axiom 03 — Exclusion > Inclusion
LEP violations trigger rejection prior to any affirmative check.
Bloc 07 / Session Invariant

R07 — Single Session. The Footprint integrity model requires exclusive operational binding to a single active context at any given time.

R07 — Single Session

An active Footprint authorizes one, and only one, simultaneous Operator session. Any attempt at concurrent opening constitutes an integrity violation.

Concurrent session attempts are detected at FOOTPRINT_hash_lock_check at session initiation. Conflict triggers immediate session refusal and VDL notification.

One Footprint = One Active Session.

Nothing executes without this Decisional Footprint.

The signal does not stabilize on its own. It dissolves.
