Chain integrity rests on three layers: each asset is sealed with SHA-256 and linked to the preceding one, forming a tamper-evident sequence; the completed chain is timestamped under RFC 3161; the result is deposited with i-DEPOT Benelux as an independent, third-party anchor. Integrity is confirmed against the live mandate.

One Footprint Equals One Active Session.

Each Footprint instance authorises one active session at any given time. Concurrent sessions executing against the same Footprint break the integrity of the seal — when parallel constraint applications occur outside the sealed routing path, the chain no longer reflects a single, well-defined execution.

Detection — Concurrent session attempts are detected at FOOTPRINT_hash_lock_check, executed by Layer 01 of The Lock at session initiation. Conflict triggers immediate session refusal and VDL notification. Logged in Conflict Log per R05.
Nothing executes without a decisional footprint. In the era of semantic erosion, the signal is the only sovereign asset.
The signal does not stabilize on its own. It dissolves.
